Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. If you are sick or experiencing a contagious condition, please stay home and contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies, or unexpected situations at our discretion.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.
Payments
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, and other approved payment methods.
Returned or dishonored payments may incur an additional fee.
Prices, services, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Packages & Prepaid Services
Packages, treatment plans, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within our availability and according to our cancellation policy.
Packages and treatment plans are intended for the original purchaser and may not be transferred without approval.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and retail products unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Promotions & Discounts
Only one promotion, coupon, or discount may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
Promotions and special offers cannot be combined with gift card purchases unless explicitly stated.
Discounts and promotional offers have no cash value and may not be transferred.
Retail Product Returns
Unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange.
We do not accept returns on:
Opened or heavily used products
Makeup products
Final sale or discontinued items
If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us within 48 hours of use or purchase.
All return requests are subject to review and approval.

We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with applicable state regulations and professional best practices.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
A client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
A treatment is determined to be outside our scope of practice
A service may not be in the client’s best interest
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information and treatment details are kept confidential and will not be shared except when required by law or authorized by the client.
Health & Safety
For the safety of our clients and staff, we may reschedule appointments in the event of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, and health conditions before receiving services.
Liability Waiver
By booking or receiving services at Demo Spa, you acknowledge and accept that treatments are provided for cosmetic and wellness purposes only.
You voluntarily assume any risks associated with skincare treatments and release Demo Spa, its practitioners, and staff from liability for injury, reactions, damages, or losses related to services provided, except where prohibited by law.
You confirm that all health information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
